H-Type Safety Facade Scaffolding (Panel Scaffold)

The H-Type (Panel) Facade Scaffolding System produced by Sayha Scaffolding is a solution that meets the highest standards of occupational safety and quality. All our productions comply with TS EN 12810 and TS EN 12811 standards and are TSE certified.

The panel scaffold system is a frame-type safety scaffolding used as facade scaffolding in facade applications. In the highly developed panel scaffold system, preventive measures against possible work accidents are maximized. The panel frame type is also known as the H-Type scaffold system.

System Features:
» Each module of the system has two horizontal (guardrail) members at knee and waist level.
» Two fixed steel platforms are used side by side on each working floor. These platforms work locked within the system and cannot be removed during operation.
» In the panel scaffold system, closed and ladder-equipped steel platforms are used to provide easy passage between working floors.
» The system is installed on starting posts with base supports that allow precise height adjustment.
» For safety, side guardrail elements are used on edge frames, and 15 cm high steel toe boards are installed on each module to prevent materials from falling from working platforms.
» The system is fixed to the facade using special connection elements.
» Frames are manufactured from Ø48.3x3 mm steel industrial pipes, horizontal members Ø34x2 mm, and diagonal members Ø42x2.5 mm.
» The entire system is produced from TSE-certified pipes and profiles that have passed mechanical compliance tests.
» Welded joints are performed by certified welders using gas-shielded welding.

Usage Area:
It is used as an exterior facade scaffold for insulation, painting, cladding, assembly, and similar operations. Exterior scaffolds are known as work scaffolds (working scaffolds) and safety scaffolds.
