Purpose and Scope

General Principles

(3) In case of request and declaration that the configurations with TSE certificate will be used by the Contractor, the account and detail drawings made by the manufacturer may be accepted within the scope of the static project, provided that the appropriate author of the project is obtained. However, this does not remove the responsibility of the contractor and the project author.
(4) All stages of work scaffolds, including accounts, projects, applications, dismantling and inspection, shall be subject to the Construction Law and Law No. 4708 on Building Inspection dated 29/6/2001.
(5) Facade scaffolds are established and disassembled in accordance with the project and material requirements under the supervision, supervision and supervision of the responsible technical personnel in accordance with the Law on Occupational Health and Safety, Development Law and Building Inspection.
